Loss…258.2.

I’ve lost about 5 pounds over the past week. I can handle that! I’d like to be 255 by the end of the week. The only way to get there is to eat right and work out!!! Today I had a great day, I ate healthy and I worked out.

B: protein smoothie: protein powder, 1/2 banana, 1/2 cup oj, 1/2 cup water…blend. Didn’t taste the greatest but whatevs.
S: strawberries
L: salad, colby jack cheese, ranch dressing, croutons
S: watermelon
D: three cheese hamburger helper, green beans, cottage cheese

My workouts consisted of Zumba on the Wii and gardening. It was 95 degrees out! Needless to say, I sweat. A LOT.

I’ve already got my snacks ready for work tomorrow. There’s no turning back now!
