Losing weight might take longer than you want it to, especially when you have slip-ups and set yourself back, but I think the important thing to remember is that it’s about the journey not the destination. And even if this takes two or five years, that’s nothing compared to a lifetime of feeling confident and having the body you want. So a couple months or years of working towards your goal or a lifetime of unhappiness with your body?

Wow, where to even begin. Let’s just say I’m really getting tired of starting over. Here it is June 24th and I’m 263 pounds. What a joke. There’s always a fresh start right around the corner right? When will I be able to stay on track? Oy, I guess the only key to success is to just keep trying. So here’s to trying, AGAIN.
